In this role, you’ll oversee the quality of outputs and ensure service resilience for Applied Digital Solutions (ADS) and QuikSTATS. Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
As GIS Quality Assurance Analyst, you will oversee the quality and reliability of GIS data and processes. This role involves both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in ensuring the robustness of our data collection and processing activities.
The role will be responsible for process creation, process compliance, quality checks, staffing / resourcing and overall compliance. This includes being the escalation point for issues beyond the normal customer service channels and reporting on service status and presenting / delivering reports to senior management.
Your day to day will include:
- Own and author processes, manage team leaders and the technical administration team.
- Create comprehensive audit reports and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Generate comprehensive reports and conduct analysis to monitor department performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage key stakeholders and suppliers that support the service
This role of GIS Quality Assurance Analyst is great if you have:
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools, with the ability to translate them into high-quality outputs
- In-depth understanding of ESRI ArcGIS, AGOL and/or ArcGIS Enterprise
- Self-motivated with strong initiative, capable of working independently and effectively managing teams.
- A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in data and processes
