Job Summary
GKA Marketing Lead (1-Year Maternity Cover)
Role Overview: As the GKA Marketing Lead, you will be part of the Nourish division, working closely with your supervisor, the GKA Marketing Leader, and collaborating with various departments including Innovation, Creation & Design, Regional Marketing, and Sensory & Consumer Insights. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth through a best-in-class customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Marketing Efforts: Globally coordinate marketing efforts to support GKA efficiently, acting as a connector between regional and global marketing and customer needs.
- Strategic Thinking and Storytelling: Deliver strategic thinking, storytelling, and exceptional execution to build long-term strategic relationships, defend profitable business, and strengthen the approach to win new growth opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Prepare, create, and deliver interactive presentations that engage customers and highlight how IFF adds value and solves their challenges. Develop new approaches, tools, and creative executions to deliver unique customer experiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with GKA Leaders and IFF team members to understand how marketing can contribute to business objectives. Collaborate across functions and regions to customize approaches to fit customer needs.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics (MBA preferred).
- At least 5-8 years of experience in customer-facing marketing roles, preferably in B2B or the food sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and capabilities in relationship building and management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A customer-centric mindset and the ability to lead through influence.
- Experience in international roles and/or multicultural environments.
