As a Bartender in Hilton Sydney’s restaurant glass Brasserie, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring the restaurant is run in accordance with our operating brand standards. As part of celebrity chef and, Luke Mangan’s team, you will be asked to contribute your own skills and experience to a fast-paced environment. You will have a number of duties that are expected of you on a daily basis, including working as a F&B attendant where needed, all the while your service philosophy will be to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality by bringing Hiltons values to life in your every day actions.
Responsibilities:

- Wine knowledge (sommelier course is advantageous)
