SO, WHAT’S THE OFFER?

We are looking for 2 Harvest Supervisors to join our team in a Full Time capacity.
One role is a Monday to Friday roster and the other a Wednesday to Saturday role.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience withing Horticulture
• Ability to lead, manage and instruct Harvest team
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Sound understanding of OHS systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound analytical, problem solving and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)

The successful candidate will be brought into the role with a full training and orientation plan designed before you start so you can hit the group running while ensuring you are set up for success.

• Manage team including supporting in recruitment of new team members to your glasshouse, people management functions
• Manage the workloads through supervision and delegation as required
• Manage the implementation of the labour strategy in line with your Glasshouse picking requirements
• Ensure all picking tasks are completed
• Reporting on any fruit quality issues
• Operate a range of plant and equipment the farm
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are in working order and available for use
• Record and report on crop issues as identified
