THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Global Account Coordinator for our People Advisory Services team. The successful candidate will support our clients’ global immigration, mobility and payroll processes in order to ensure that the employees can obtain all the necessary immigration documents in a timely manner, they are compliant with international personal income tax legislation and payroll requirements.
The role will be based in our Budapest office.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS
- University degree,
- 1-2 years’ work experience in consulting, project management, HR or another relevant field,
- Solid writing and communication skills, fluent in English and Hungarian,
- You are interested in international immigration, payroll and taxation,
- Your work is characterized by high quality and organization, you are able to take part in several projects in parallel,
- Direct experience in any of our core service offerings – please specify this in your application,
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Word,
- You want to consciously build your career.
Responsibilities:
- You will get to know the global employee related processes of our clients; thus, you will be responsible for the monitoring, support, control and administration of these processes.
- Keeping our registration systems used for our daily work up-to-date.
- Systematization, analysis and processing of existing and incoming information and figures.
- Direct and personal contact with individuals, employers, foreign EY offices and authorities.
- You can participate in projects related to international taxation, social security, payroll and labor law issues as well from planning to implementation.
- Learn and apply EY’s solutions and monitor the external best practices in the industry.
- Participate in research projects, perform data analysis and create reports for clients.
- Facilitate smaller workshops, sessions, client discussions.
- Prepare materials, including proposals, conceptual materials, project plans, communication items, other deliverables for clients.
