  • 10+ years of experience in account management or sales within the CPG industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts on a global scale.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The CPG Global Account Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing and growing relationships with Pacvue’s key global clients. This role involves driving client success through innovative strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving business growth targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Provide voice of the customer feedback to the Product Team and broader org.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and create tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Business Expansion:
  • Proactively seek expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for expansion opportunities.
  • Financial Support:
  • Support strategic account budget management, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Ensure profitability and revenue growth through effective financial planning.
  • Market and Industry Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market analysis.
