We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Global Account Manager to join our team. As part of the newly formed Global Pharma Accelerator team, you will work with the executive leadership of UPS Healthcare to drive the success of our next growth phase in this critical industry segment. Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive global account strategies for complex, multi-national Pharma clients. Act as the primary point of contact for the customers exec leadership team and position yourself as the trusted advisor for senior stakeholders within your customer portfolio and within UPS Healthcare.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure profitable business opportunities by leveraging deep industry knowledge and innovative solutions that add value across the client’s supply chain.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with global teams across multiple business units, including forwarding, ocean freight, and other logistics services, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
  • Client-Centric Solutions: Anticipate and communicate future client requirements, aligning UPS’s full portfolio of services to address their challenges and drive business outcomes.
  • Team Management: Provide leadership to a virtual sales team, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and execution of account plans across regions.
