JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Account Manager to oversee and manage our global and PAN LA accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of assigned global clients, including strategy development, account planning, and implementation. The primary objective is to exceed client expectations by consistently surpassing sales targets in terms of revenue and profit.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Proven track record in global account management, preferably within a similar industry. Experience managing PAN LA accounts is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on both revenue and profit growth.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for global and PAN LA accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to each client’s needs, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Sales Growth: Drive revenue and profit growth by identifying new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Account Planning: Create and execute detailed account plans that outline key objectives, action items, and timelines to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of account strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement and goal attainment.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for the accounts under management.
