To strengthen the entire global team, we are looking for an Global Account Manager for the Schwarz Group to continue our successful customer relationship.

Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
The Global Account Manager Schwarz Group at Cisco is part of our sales efforts and commitment to one of the biggest global retail companies. You will position Cisco’s entire portfolio and strategy to the IT and as well to the different BUs of the Schwarz Group to strengthen the business and our sales efforts for this account. Your dedicated support and contribution to the sales planning and your natural leadership of dynamic sales and technical teams are key to succeed.
Liaising at all levels with customers and partners, your success is reflected in sales achievements and long term customer relationships as well as continuous building a healthy funnel.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- With the entire Cisco Sales Team you develop and execute the global sales strategy for Schwarz Group business and implement tactical plans.
- Build a reputation of innovation, success and customer intimacy for Cisco.
- Closely engage with Exec. decision makers and partners, articulating Cisco’s solutions, strategy and vision.
- Directly engage with the customer and Cisco teams to drive large, complex deals.
- Lead and work with cross functional teams shaped around customer´s needs and opportunities.
- Motivate, mentor and develop entire teammates and the full Eco System as eg. CSM, PSS, Architects, Systems Engineers
- Drive annual sales within your area of responsibility showing YoY growth.
- Deliver accurate business metrics.
- Anticipate changes in the opportunities, market, customer needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target opportunity.Travel and fully demonstrate the power of our collaboration technologies to be close to customers and opportunities.
