In order to expand our team in Germany, we are now looking for a talented

Global Account Partner (m/f/x)

  • As a Global Account Partner, you will work hand in hand with colleagues and key customers to address the most critical business challenges within their operations and services organizations by utilizing our XR solutions.
  • As a trusted advisor, you will consult to top-tier Life Sciences customers, including senior executives at the C, VP, and Director levels, providing leadership and direction to drive impactful business outcomes.
  • In this role, you will develop and execute strategic plans that leverage our XR solutions, drawing on your deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and your ability to understand customer needs.
  • As a critical source of intellectual insight, you will bridge the gap internally by framing business problems to enable the team to execute effectively, while overseeing the successful delivery of our solutions and ensuring value creation.
  • Within realworld one, you will embrace the role of an entrepreneur, actively contributing to our company strategy and XR solution roadmap.
  • In addition, you will take on an essential leadership role, directly managing and mentoring a growing team of Account Managers, driving their professional growth and ensuring their continued success within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 7+ years of work experience post-graduate school, with a proven track record of professional achievement and impact
  • Experience at the Principal/Associate Partner level or higher in the consulting industry, preferably at a tier-one consulting firm
  • Demonstrated experience in developing new client relationships and generating business development opportunities, leading to successful client engagements
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience overseeing large-scale projects and driving them to successful completion
  • Extensive expertise in the Life Sciences sector, with a strong emphasis on Pharmaceuticals and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
  • Proven leadership and mentorship abilities, with a focus on guiding and developing junior to mid-level professionals
