JOB DESCRIPTION

Infosys is seeking a Global Alliances leader for the Digital Experience Business. The ideal candidate for this position must possess great interpersonal and relationship management skills. The candidate should have an understanding or be a quick learner in the space of Digital experience, Alliance management, integrated solutions, services sales and partner-based selling. The candidate will utilize his/her excellent sales relationship building skills in working with partner teams, Infosys sales and delivery teams and customers to ensure that solutions are successfully positioned to customers. Complete orientation and guidance will be provided for Infosys internal candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • End to end ownership of the various DX Alliances for the region.
  • Develop and execute partnering strategy in alignment with the Sales for EMEA market
  • Identify, qualify, develop and drive partnerships with enterprise partners, system integrators and technology alliances
  • Leverage existing relationships to help partners accelerate their license pipeline and drive incremental services revenue for Infosys
  • Work in a complex matrix organization of vertical and horizontal sales teams
  • Recruit and onboard new partners into the organization
  • Cultivate executive relationships with Partners
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to deliver necessary positioning, collateral and campaigns
  • Manage and monitor defined revenue and volume objectives for each partner team
  • Attend and represent the Company at industry events
  • Engaging with sales organization to communicate our differentiation/capability, and to identify target accounts to approach with the various Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce, Digital Interactions services offered by Infosys
  • Learning and articulating both product features/differentiation as well as Infosys ability to implement those technology solutions
  • Ownership of the framework/GTM and technical/sales enablement, carry the alliance pipeline
  • Own the governance on the GTM, enablement and partner agreements. Develop business plans in alignment with Partner strategies and get internal buying
  • Working with our sector (industry) field sales professionals on targeting our install base and new logo accounts in different industries
  • Introduce and connect partner sales professionals to Infosys sales professionals and building cadence around key activities/targets/accounts and programs
  • Attending and driving client interactions at trade shows and conferences and positioning of Infosys
  • Manage reviews and communications with senior management across both Infosys and partners
  • This is a influenced revenue target carrying role
