Responsibilities:

The team’s core responsibilities include:

  • Manage and streamline governance processes within the One Delta business unit for new and existing business initiatives (e.g. conformance testing and material change reviews)
  • Development and support of tools & dashboards for monitoring the risks related to e-trading
  • Design and calibration of e-trading risk controls, including analysis of historical electronic trading patterns and measures
  • Real-time monitoring of electronic trading activity and control alerts (Algo, SOR, DMA)
  • Assisting with the preparation of responses to regulatory enquiries
  • Liaising with 2 nd line of defence control functions
  • Contribution to periodic e-trading ad-hoc project
