Description:
Our UK ECM and Corporate Broking team executes both equity capital markets transactions as well as Corporate Broking. Within Corporate Broking the team provides strategic equity advice alongside spearheading the broader financial advisory inputs to clients – typically large cap and complex organizations as well as mid cap companies with growth ambitions. The team is also instrumental in contributing towards the successful completion of M&A transactions across the wider GS client base as well as with Corporate Broking clients.
Their UK ECM function entails working closely with public and private companies, governments and financial sponsors to originate, structure, and execute equity financings such as initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, block trades, convertibles and derivatives.
The team works closely with many other areas of the firm, particularly with wider investment banking teams globally and equity sales and trading.
