About the role
As the Global Benefits & Wellness Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing Kyriba’s global benefits and wellness strategy. This role involves reviewing existing benefits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing contemporary offerings across all countries where we do business. You will manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in global benefits administration, vendor management, and a background in both consulting and corporate environments.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global benefits and wellness strategy that aligns with Kyriba’s business objectives and culture.
  • Oversee the administration of benefit programs, including healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, disability, sick pay, unemployment, flexible spending, and wellness and health education initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing benefit programs and determine necessary enhancements to meet competitive standards.
  • Manage relationships with benefit vendors, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.
  • Lead the design and implementation of wellness programs that promote employee health and well-being.
  • Analyze benefit utilization data and market trends to recommend and implement benefit plan changes.
  • Develop programs and communication strategies to keep employees informed about company benefit plans and any proposed changes.
  • Stay current with global benefits trends and regulatory changes to ensure Kyriba’s programs remain competitive and compliant.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all countries of operation.
  • Manage US Open Enrollment

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in benefits administration, with a background in global benefits.
  • CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) designation is preferred.
  • Corporate and/or consulting experience in managing global benefits programs.
  • Vendor management skills and experience negotiating complex benefit contracts.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems.
