Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our business unit Health and Medical, are now looking for a Global Brand Communication Manager, to join in a Fixed Term Position. In this position you will lead, inspire, and develop the growing Global Compression Brand & Communication team of three people. The role will also see you responsible for driving penetration growth of the high visibility JOBST brand across all markets as well as developing the global brand and go to market strategy.
You cooperate closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders in Europe and US, such as product management, medical affairs, lead markets and external agencies.
The position is a fixed term full-time role and can be based in Mannheim, Hamburg, Dunstable, Philadelphia or Gothenburg (other locations near our offices in Europe can be discussed). This role reports to the Global Marketing Communication Director Medical located in Gothenburg.

  • Lead, develop, and inspire the team.
  • Refine the global brand & communication strategy to drive penetration growth in the local markets, ensuring distinctive positioning and consistent activation globally.
  • Create impactful, full-funnel campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences, and track performance (global master communication toolboxes consisting of offline and online assets).
  • Collaborate with Global Digital & Paid Media stakeholders to influence market activation, including testing and learning.
  • Develop B2B assets to support sales force’s blended selling approach.
  • Manage external agencies and guide the team on writing compelling briefs.
  • Foster collaboration across departments by aligning with product management, medical affairs, and lead markets.
