Description:
We are looking for a brand builder and strategic marketer to join its global brand strategy team who will be reporting to the Global Brand Strategy Manager and collaborating with Can-Am On-Road’s brand specialist, the Global Brand Creative Lead will spearhead the development of our annual marketing and communications plan. This involves overseeing content strategy and creation, bringing both small and large brand ideas to life, and ensuring the seamless integration of a compelling customer journey. As the Global Brand Creative Lead, you will be pivotal in defining and establishing the Can-Am 3-wheel vehicles category worldwide. This includes championing the democratization of our 3-wheel vehicles. Your expertise will be instrumental in evolving our brand identity, ensuring a robust on-brand presence across various channels, and supporting the brand and its products with effective strategies for growth.
This role demands strong leadership, top-notch project management skills, a strategic mindset, and a go-getter spirit to successfully deliver on Can-Am On-Road’s ambitious brand objectives.

Responsibilities:
8+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand marketing, campaign development, media and execution - with agency and/or client-side experience.
Incredible writing capabilities and ability to articulate complex inputs and insights into strong creative propositions in briefs.
Understanding of the paid media landscape.
Business acumen and a strong curiosity to understand business dynamics and brand health.
Builder mindset - you can navigate through complexity to create the future.
Passionate about weaving threads together to create captivating brand strategies, storytelling and campaigns.
Excellent presentation skills.
A proven team player capable of working with multiple partners, and in various time zones.
