  • This is a senior role and requires strong brand/ marketing grounding and experienced stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Ability to translate data and information into simple, cogent concepts for sell-in
  • Sound understanding of brand strategy, retail comms, brand comms and marketing strategy
  • Strong experience (5 years+) in brand management, with significant focus on retail and physical environments
  • Experience of stakeholder management within a complex, multi-cultural organisation
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Experience of brand engagement, content production and activation across social and digital media
  • Proven experience as a problem solver

Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

This position is responsible for driving the overall Vodafone Brand Identity (retail, physical environments and design language), and Global Communications. This strategic position responsible for defining, managing, and enhancing the brand’s identity across all retail and physical environments worldwide ensuring that the brand’s presence in retail stores, kiosks, service centres, and other physical touchpoints is consistent, compelling, and aligned with the company’s overall brand strategy. Additionally is to bring our iconic brand to life through global projects / campaigns / future initiatives that are impacting our 100,000+ employees and 500million+ customers worldwide. This role works closely with senior local and global teams to influence and leads., so stakeholder management and project management are crucial skills need for the role
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in brand management, retail marketing, and customer experience design – while experience with marking drawings, commenting on stores designs / concepts level and construction level would be a plus

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and execute a global brand identity strategy specifically tailored to retail, design language and physical environments.
  • Ensure that the brand’s visual identity and customer experience / journeys are consistently represented across all physical locations, including stores, service centers, and event spaces etc
  • Work closely with store design agencies, architects, and external vendors to ensure that physical spaces reflect the brand’s identity and values
  • Collaborate with the global creative agency, global teams and regional teams (markets) to develop and distribute comprehensive brand standards that support consistent execution across markets and partner markets globally.
  • Lead the design and implementation of brand experiences in retail environments, including flagship stores, franchise locations, and customer service centre etc..
  • Oversee the development of in-store branding elements such as signage, digital displays, and product demonstrations to create an engaging and informative customer experience and journeys.
  • Drive the brand strategy & execution of global projects to bring the Vodafone brand positioning to life across all Local Markets and Group Functions thru the delivery of ATL, BTL, Digital activities.
  • Manage and influence stakeholders at a group, and market level
