YOUR MISSION AS A GLOBAL BRAND MARKETING LEAD
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our global brand marketing efforts. As the Brand Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility, thought leadership, engagement, and global cross-functional coordination. A strong background in a similar role leading multi-market cross-functional teams is necessary.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a brand marketing leadership position, with expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: PR, events strategy and operations, Branding, content strategy, and commercial partnerships.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of multi-disciplinary brand marketing professionals.
- You will develop, coordinate, and implement comprehensive yearly brand marketing strategies across markets and disciplines
- You will lead the planning of PR, comms, and partnership campaigns
- You will oversee the development and management of events strategy and operations
- You will identify and cultivate strategic corporate partnerships to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of brand marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on any combination of Branding, PR, comms, events strategy and operations, corporate partnerships.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership position
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
