We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Global Brand Partnerships team here at Binance. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and delivery of brand partnership campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills.
The ideal candidate has experience working with internal cross functional teams and supporting operational excellence in the support of Brand Partnerships strategy and execution.
This is a remote role and can be based in any global location.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • More than 5 years of experience in project management, with exposure to a variety of marketing and brand partnerships projects
  • Used to work across with international and cross functional internal teams
  • Culturally sensitive individual with multi year track record delivering major strategic partnerships projects and programs generating significant value to the organization
  • Not required, but ideally a background in Crypto or an understanding of Web 3.0 Products such as NFT’s and Fan TokensTeam player with strong interpersonal skills, but also able to work independently
  • Strong organization, priorisation and project management skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • High level of intellectual curiosity
  • Strong communication skills in English and ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate global sponsorship/brand partnerships projects, working closely with cross-functional internal teams (local marketing, product, legal, finance, …)
  • Ensure efficient and effective management, including progress reporting, after action reviews, vendor and payment management and other administrative organization as required
  • Define and deliver tools and best practices to optimize Brand Partnerships projects
  • Identify operational strengths, weaknesses, gaps and opportunities, and drive plans to address
  • Define and optimise cross functional operating models, processes and planning cycles
  • Work with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure marketing deliverables are met (announcements, email campaigns, push notifications)
  • Ensure all commercial rights, deliverables and assets have been granted
  • Provide strategic ideas and initiative about pivoting strategies when required
