KONE Finance professionals are responsible for corporate controlling and reporting, treasury, taxes, investor relations, as well as finance development. RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES:

• Maintain high level understanding of business line performance globally and give guidance on actionable insights.
• Defining global standards for critical business line controls (FCM’s) and developing scalable processes around them
• Evaluating industry, economic, financial and market trends to forecast the organizations short, medium, and long-term financial and competitive positions.
• Maintaining full-chain transparency, simulations, target setting
• Business partner to global business line team
• Overseeing critical business cases for BL and support in prioritization of development initiatives, as well give follow-up and transparency on the outcomes of development initiatives.Engage with Business Control community and support in developing business partnering / controlling capabilities across KONE

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

• At least 5 years of professional experience from a business controller role, preferably in an industrial environment and complex matrix organization, including cost planning, profitability analysis, financial modelling and business partnering
• Strategic acumen and conceptual thinking, people leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, coupled with the ability to build trust and collaboration among business leaders/stakeholders
• Good organizational, process planning and change management skills, Influencer in a matrix organization
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
• SAP ERP (or similar) and BI-tools working knowledge
• Fluent in EnglishM. Sc in Finance or Business Administration (or another relevant field)

  The preferred location for this position is Espoo, Finland and the preferred start would be preferably in December 2024.
