YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Several years of experience in a business development or product management role within the technology sector
- Proven track record of identifying and successfully commercializing new technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess new technologies and develop viable business models
- Experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships
- In-depth knowledge of the defence, shipbuilding, integrator, and key client landscape (a plus)
- Experience in securing funding from government organizations (a plus)
- Englisch is a must, German a plus

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for global business development within the markets relevant to the R&S technology systems portfolio
- Establish Partnerships with key clients to identify and secure high-value projects.
- Gather and analyze global market intelligence, condensing key insights for board-level presentations
- Research and identify potential funding opportunities from government organizations for technology development initiatives
- Analyze emerging trends and advancements to identify areas where new functions can be introduced to enhance our offerings and address market needs
- Develop compelling unique selling propositions (USPs) for new functions
- Partner with marketing to create effective strategies
- Lead the “make or buy” decision process for new functions, considering factors like cost, time-to-market, in-house expertise, and potential partnerships
