The role
The scope of role includes the measurement and evaluation of all core GBO process including customer order management, accounts receivable, sourcing and PO management, accounts payable, finance operations, financial planning & analysis, underpinned by HR operations and master data maintenance services.

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing insightful updates on the performance of the dedicated GBO Experience Areas using dashboards led by the wider Performance Management team
  • Improving GBO storytelling by crafting balanced scorecards and incorporating industry standard process into our measures
  • Running service catalogue data to ensure we can describe the services GBO offers to the markets we support at any given time
  • Leading the partner satisfaction surveys that go out to the market
  • Supporting the GBO Performance Management Manager in their responsibility to lead a team tasked with developing and performing the methodology for performance management, external benchmarking, collection, and dissemination of GBO Key Performance Indicators & Service Catalogue, including full ownership of any technology interventions required to ensure this process is outstanding
  • Develop a synergistic relationship with the wider GBO organization
  • Coordinating performance reporting from dedicated functions and ensure GBO dashboards are updated on time and without errors, including quality insights
  • End to End-to-end ownership of the GBO One-Pager, Quarterly Operational Review, Stakeholder Survey and the GBO Newsletter related Key Performance Indicators dashboards including data updates, Power BI maintenance and development
  • Supplying to data refreshes in Power BI and development of improvement requests.

About you

  • University / College degree in finance / business
  • Proficient English knowledge
  • Ideally 5+ years working experience in a multinational environment exposure to some of the following areas: Finance, FP&A, and/or Financial Controlling
  • Proficient user of data analytics and visualization tools including, but not limited to MS Excel (including VBA), PowerBI and Power App
  • Experience in inspiring change as part of business-as-usual operations or as part of a project/programme
  • Effective partner management with strong influencing skills
  • Ability to work effectively with virtual teams across cultures and geographies
  • Self-motivated, confident, and well organized approach
