• Create, shape and implement the Demand 2 Pay vision and strategy to ensure Roche is well equipped to have data and insights available E2E to drive data driven decision making
• Lead the D2P Data Domain and the underlying D2P Data Strategy to enable ongoing performance and opportunity management E2E and implement & drive our AI Strategy (considering compliance as well as data privacy)
• Shape and orchestrate the Analytics capabilities required for a robust E2E Process Health and Performance management
• Actively pursue the implementation and continuous review of the vision and strategy
• Lead product development with focus on Analytics and Insights by leveraging internal and external innovation, including providing clear guardrails to enable best in class realization. Collaborate with Business Owners and cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into prioritized features
• Establish clear metrics for your designed business process area to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including automation, across all networks, Procurement, RSS Operations, affiliates, and IT by using market insights and best practices
• Work closely together Business Owners and other senior Stakeholders to drive and support process improvement wherever possible as well as establishing a well deserved customer experienc
