Description:
YOUR SKILLS:
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence and teamwork
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop small project teams and build credibility with business partners by firstly understanding their needs
- Solid knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, category management, supplier relationship management and procure-to-pay processes
- Strong analytical ability and flexibility to work independently and in teams
- Demonstrated change management and project management skills
- Lifelong learner mindset, curiosity, empathy and teamwork are preferred traits
- Bachelor degree in a business-related field or equivalent is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of cumulative experience in both small or large organizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing and delivering presentations, participate in negotiations and quarterly business reviews
- Experience in leading categories of indirect spend and/or experience in finance or marketing roles is preferred
- Experience in capturing project deliverables through commercial lenses and beyond

Responsibilities:
- Independently negotiate and contract, on local, regional or global level, the best pricing & terms for Growth and Performance Marketing in order to maximize results – impacting top and bottom line growth – according to our internal strategic directions
- Drive the commercial process and select the best suitable suppliers
- Ensure compliance and standards are adhered to
- Provide support on managing and optimizing the supplier database
- Identify, build, foster and grow positive relationships with our key stakeholders
- Coordinate procurement activities, including but not limited to creating added value (cost avoidance, P&L savings etc.), coordinating contract approvals and engaging with other procurement categories
- Support the team to execute global sourcing and vendor management processes
- Support supplier relationship management and supplier performance evaluation activities
- Support drafting, socialization and implementation of Global Procurement Category Strategy
- Support sustainability and vendor diversity initiatives
- Research industry trends, and attend select industry events
