Net Insight is seeking a Global Chief Commercial Officer to drive business growth and strengthen our leadership in media network solutions. As CCO, you’ll advance our global go-to-market (GTM) strategy, lead our sales and marketing organization, and expand our presence in new customer segments and markets. You will develop and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and trust within a pioneering media technology company.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a forward-thinking leader with extensive experience in leading senior sales roles, ideally in global B2B and technology-driven markets. You are a change agent who:

  • Embraces new methods to enhance commercial excellence and customer engagement.
  • Builds credibility and trust with customers, partners, and team members.
  • Leads by example, fostering collaboration across teams and geographies.
  • Transforms complexity into clear, actionable strategies for growth.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years in global sales leadership, ideally within Media, Telecom, or Digital Communication sectors.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing global GTM strategies.
  • Proven success in leading and scaling global sales teams with a focus on commercial excellence and growth.
  • Experience in a management team role and in listed company environments is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

As CCO, you will play a strategic role in guiding our media sales organization toward growth and long-term success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing GTM strategies that align with our growth goals.
  • Building trust and strong relationships with key customers, collaborating closely with the CEO, Executive Management Team, and Board.
  • Leading our global media sales teams to achieve profitability and commercial excellence, building a culture centred on innovation, collaboration and trust.
  • Overseeing reporting, budgeting, forecasting and KPIs focused on revenue growth and profitability
