Job Title: Global Chief Digital Marketing Officer – Mobile Phones
Location: Dubai HQ (onsite)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Global Chief Digital Marketing Officer to lead the global marketing strategy for a mobile phone brand. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the industry, strong digital expertise, and experience working in international corporations. The key priorities are brand development, marketing investment management, and effective distribution channel strategy (B2B, B2C, e-commerce).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of experience in mobile phones, consumer electronics, or FMCG marketing.
  • Proven experience managing a global brand across the US, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Africa.
  • Strong background in international digital advertising campaigns.
  • Expertise in working with distributors, retailers, and telecom operators (B2B & B2C).
  • Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing (SEO, SMM, Performance).
  • Financial literacy – marketing budget management, ROI, and P&L responsibility.
  • Leadership skills – ability to manage teams across multiple regions.
  • Fluent English; knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish, Chinese) is a plus.

  • Analyze data, report on key performance indicators, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
