YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in scientific field or business
  • Dedicated experience in healthcare technology-related field, preferably in dentistry with clinical software experience
  • Demonstrated experience in direct customer consulting and relationship management
  • Proven track record of innovation and successful commercial strategy development
  • Proven successful experience in identifying customer needs and converting them into high-value offerings
  • Compelling and clear communication skills for internal and external stakeholders; ability to influence

Responsibilities:

  • Voice of customer research and interpretation; responsible for researching and articulating customer needs and requirements; translating customer needs into actionable SW development requirements and advocating for them to various stakeholders across the business
  • Voice of sales research and interpretation
  • Lead the development of value propositions for potential new software features and/or platforms
  • Coordinate with regional commercial leadership on pricing models and launch plans
  • Market intelligence: responsible for researching, analyzing and defining relevant threats, opportunities and competitive capabilities
  • Design of software business cases and commercial models with focus on new revenue stream development
  • Management of Clinical Advisory Board / KOL program(s) and software user testing and results evaluation
  • Training of sales and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with development and project management teams on new version launches and development of required information materials (e.g., release notes)
  • Assist with evaluation of potential partners or complementary software offerings
