REQUIREMENTS / PROFIL
- Master of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification (desirable)
- Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB architecture design and ITSM processes
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules and applications (desirable)
- Experience in project management (desirable)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (desirable)
- Fluent German and English in speech and writing

Responsibilities:
- Create and establish a standardized and valuable CMDB/AMDB model in cooperation with IT Service, Application and Process Owners
- Define end-to-end CMDB/AMDB architecture and drive continual improvements with focus on automation and standarisation
- Consult and support CMDB users to work efficiently with CMDB
- Ensure smooth and efficient integrations to other data sources for automated CMDB maintenance
- Take over ownership for related ITSM processe
