About the job
The Global Coman Technical Excellence Director is accountable to drive the operational excellence in our Co-Manufacturing, supporting the increase of line output, reduction of Waste and increase of energy efficiancy. She/He will develop and deploy an excellence toolkit as a fundament to deliver significant improvement on the operational performance. The Global Coman Technical Excellence will be the point of contact to provide technical expertise on Make or buy decisions, new Co-Manufacturing implementation or Performance Benchmarking.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:
- Education: Bachelor or Master degree in engeneering or similar technical background
- Experience: 10-15 years in Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
Business Strategy /Vision:
- Prepare the Global Roadmap on best in class operational performance in Co-Manufacturing to improve all relevant KPIs
- Deliver and deploy the Excellence Toolkit for Co-manufacturing
- Be the strong business partner on technical questions related to strategic Make or buy decisions in the company
- Total spend is approx. 1.2B Euro.
