ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Already at managerial level, or ready to take the step up

• Intellectual curiosity, creative mind, and an appetite for continuous learning and change management
• Extended knowledge of Microsoft Office products (including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
• Written and oral fluency in English
• Strong interpersonal skills, amicable and professional demeanor

Combined experience of two or more of the following areas (not ranked):

• Business consultancy
• Customer Service & Management
• Deep understanding and first-hand experience with air transportation of oversized cargo or products such as the one shown in the video clip at the top of this ad
• Effective communications to a globally spread organization
• Managing a Cargo airline / aviation related department
• Total Quality management and Process documentation
• Performance Management
• Product Management
• Sales processes, management and analytics
• Shipper, Forwarder or other supply chain management
• Progressive Learning & Development management

Our overall tasks are focused around the following:

• Running day to day business of product management
• Product documentation and securing service delivery follow-up
• Market monitoring
• Development of existing products, service offerings and portfolio as a whole
• Internal and external advocacy, including training of the sales force
• Securing compliance in all parts of the product lifecycle
• Development of product business and marketing plans

As part of the Global Product management team, you will be the primary responsible for the following tasks:

• Managing Global Sales & Product related programs
• Improve internal and external communications through stakeholder management
• Analyze and manage product performance, short and long term
• Supporting sales focus on all products
• Run and secure delivery of identified projects
