QUALIFICATIONS

You are a well-organized self-started individual with strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbally. You have good attention to details and have a strong analytical ability.

We also see that you have;

  • Economic education at upper secondary level or equivalent.
  • Payroll administrator training
  • About 5 years’ experience of international/global payroll and compensation & benefits
  • Familiarity with benefits and other wage deductions
  • Good understanding of tax procedure
  • Good organizational skills and an ability to work towards deadlines
  • Been working in different payroll, time and HR systems.
  • Good IT Skills: MS Office, Excel, payroll software and data entry

Responsibilities:

In this new role, you will be responsible for supporting our managers in matters relating to salary and benefits, in a global setting. This includes overseeing, developing, implementing and managing processes and working methods in the compensation and benefits areas such as payroll administration, salary surveys, salary reviews, benefits, insurance and pensions.
You will act as a contact person for our payroll partners and coordinate and follow up. The responsibility includes being on top of market trends through market data and praxis and benchmark compensations. You will be the driver and the go-to person for all these areas within MSAB. The duties also includes reporting to authorities required by law and legislation, auditing and verifying deviation reporting records, managing deductions and ensuring salary payments comply with local laws.
You will be a part of a small People & Culture team, based in our headquarters in Hornstull Stockholm, where you will have the opportunity to shape this new role. This is a full-time position, and we have a hybrid setting in the organization where you are expected to work from the office 2 days a week.
