KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end projects of the department, under the supervision of the Comp&Ben manager.
  • Collect, compile, and keep updated salary and benefits information of the agencies, preparing reports for different stakeholders whenever requested/approved by the department.
  • Identify opportunities for improving the existing processes, proposing creation and implementation of new and value-added solutions.
  • Provide support to the governance process for all rewards practices (salary reviews, bonus pay-outs, etc.).
  • Support the execution of the annual salary reviews, receive the salary files and check that the global guidelines and budget have been dully followed.
  • Maintain updated information of MD’s salary and benefits worldwide, reach out to local HR and/or MD whenever some information is unclear.
  • Be in constant contact with the Regional and Local HR network, providing appropriate communication, clearing doubts, providing tools and guiding them through the Comp&Ben processes, ensuring consistency across the organization.
  • Support the execution of the quality checks on the information reported to Geneva by the agencies.
