Description:
The Global Connectivity Services Senior Sales Analyst sells Nasdaq North America co-location and connectivity services to new and existing co-located and direct connect / POP clients. This person will spearhead select projects to enhance the co-location and connectivity offerings.

The increase in market activity has led to an increase in co-location and connectivity requests from our clients. This is an opportunity for a Senior sales professional with a strong technical inclination to gain exposure to the full life-cycle of sales from providing good customer support to follow-ups, billing inquires, and working on new projects in order to improve the customer experience.
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be charged with selling connectivity offerings to new and existing clients in North America.
- Target current co-located clients for additional services, including cabinets, and connectivity (fiber and wireless)
- Team with Lead to help “close the deal” and quickly get answers to clients’ and prospects’ questions
- Serve as assigned Account Manager for select clients (extranets / vendors)
- Assist in marketing to existing clients - collaborate with product and marketing team to develop targeted messages and collateral material and track success
- Educate clients on existing and new services and build relationships with decision makers and their support team
- Assist Market Sales in technical sales of CoLo / Connectivity
- Provide prices, sales quotes, and benefits of new services to clients
- Work with other Technical Sales personnel to uncover opportunities to expand CoLo / Connectivity services to other divisions of existing clients or in other NAM services (e.g., Equities, Options, etc)
- Coordinate any special client needs or orders with CoLo Admin
- Maintain reports and tracking in Salesforce, including clients contacted, potential opportunities, wins/losses
- Maintain internal reporting, including weekly updates to management team on CoLo sales/ orders, opportunities, implementations
- Collaborate with Market Sales to arrange CoLo Update / Feedback meetings with existing clients
- Capture meeting notes, follow-ups, and opportunities
- Track client feedback and determine additional enhancements
- Obtain competitive information and review this information with product management
- Work with CoLo Admin team to discover client opportunities such as power upgrades, contiguous space needs

- Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or technology
- Experience Required: At least 2 years
- Effective communicator with superb active listening skills

The base pay range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
