What are we looking for?
Skills:
- Building strong consumer relationship and delivering consumer-centric solutions.
- Engaging partners, build partnerships – internal & external – with all levels of stakeholders, and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Being a trusted advisor with a strong affinity for action, pro-actively participate in strategic and tactical decision making by having a qualitative and quantitative way of thinking.
- Extracting value from information, connecting sources and communicating Data / Insights in relatable, memorable, and persuasive stories & effective visualization.
Experiences:
- University Degree or higher in Business, or Marketing
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Consumer Insights and experience in Marketing & Commercial is highly valuable
- International profile, with experience in different markets, ideally, global & local marketing experiences (in Spirits category and/or FMCG) is beneficial but not a must
- Fluent in English – other languages are a bonus
- Ability to travel from time to time

Our Business Acceleration Team in Stockholm is looking for a new Global Consumer Insights & Planning Manager for Malibu & Kahlúa to bring consumer insights and trends at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you will bring our consumer voice and translate it into available, informative, actionable and inspiring insights that build our brands forward.
In this role you will :
- Act as a business partner:
- Drive consumer insights-based brand strategies framing & answering critical business questions by distilling insights from multiple data sources and by providing objective assessment in its executive summaries / recommendations.
- Develop actionable insights and enhance consumer knowledge:
- Design & implement qualitative and quantitative research for brand plans, strategies, communication, and product development to identify insights about consumer needs, behaviors, pain-points and barriers both in projects, but also outside to identify potential business opportunities, trends and foresights.
- Synthesize and share insights with various audiences and stakeholders internally and externally in a visually compelling way and bring to life sharp Global Strategic Targets.
- Drive consumer centricity across the business:
- In agreement with TAG management, and in alignment with CI Vision and Global priorities, design and implement the mid/long-term roadmap to create a true consumer centric culture to build sustained competitive advantage versus competition.
- Engage and collaborate with Marketing, i.e. Brand Strategy, Communication and Digital teams, and all Pernod Ricard affiliates to create a true consumer centric culture.
