Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in coordinating tax and immigration services across regions, ensuring alignment with global client policies.
- Support the central management of global projects, tracking progress of activities across the EY network to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
- Prepare and distribute communications and reports related to global tax and immigration engagements, providing timely updates to key stakeholders.
- Maintain databases and systems with up-to-date information on population(s) of supported individuals.
- Facilitate the flow of information between the Global Coordination Office and overseas tax/ immigration teams, promoting effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items to ensure follow-through on decisions.
- Perform administrative tasks such as document management and filing, ensuring efficient operation of client engagements.
- Support the GCO Manager(s) in billing and invoicing activities, ensuring close financial management of client engagements.
