The Global Coordinator Patient Operations (Apheresis) plays a key role within the team supporting activities performed by Account Managers and ensuring business process and key information is available to the Apheresis Operations team globally. This role is based out of our corporate office in Boudry, Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Global Coordinator Patient Operations Apheresis plays a key role in supporting the Global Apheresis Operations team in their activities by:
  • Ensuring operational health visibility by collecting, preparing, and formatting data necessary for our operations
  • Defining with Management and Implementing KPIs/Metrics
  • Maintaining Dashboards and other reporting tools
  • Coordinating and tracking status on internal initiatives and projects as required
  • Centralizing and distributing key information regarding activities performed by Apheresis Operations globally
  • Preparing presentations and data sets for management as needed
  • Managing specific Budgets, POs and associated Information System related tasks
  • Support in planning and follow up of non-recurrent meetings
  • Complying with applicable SOPs and regulations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Life Sciences or Business, experience in a regulated environment either hospital or pharmaceutical/biotech preferable
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Independently motivated, detail oriented and good problem-solving ability
  • Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced, highly matrixed work environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete work within given timelines
  • High organizational skills with ability to multi-task several tasks in parallel
  • Competency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote and
  • SharePoint)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Document Management Systems (e.g.: VeevaVault) a plus
