Join our Nordic coverage team as we develop and grow our global business with a portfolio of Nordic corporate clients.
JOB SUMMARY;
As a Global Corporate Bank Associate/Vice President within our Large Cap team, you will have the opportunity to grow the Corporate Banking business across customers in the Nordics. You will leverage our international network of bankers and product partners to lead client delivery from a global perspective.
This role provides the chance to build effective relationships, gain in-depth understanding of the client’s business, and demonstrate your knowledge and experience on a full set of corporate banking products. Your proactive task management, responsiveness, and execution capabilities will be key in delivering our bank to our clients with determination, consistency, and passion.
We would hire the Associate/Vice President in either Stockholm, Copenhagen or Oslo depending on the successful candidate’s location.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS;
- Applicants must have minimum 3 year of experience in a similar Front Office role e.g. in Corporate Banking, M&A or Markets
- Proven ability to develop client relationships, win new business, close transactions and build networks, both internally and externally
- Risk management expertise preferably with experience in originating credit and / or debt capital markets transactions
- Strong team player who can equally contribute individually and consistently high standard of personal integrity and commercial judgment
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skill to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other lines of business and managing cross cultural environments
- Fluency in English and preferably one or more Nordic languages

Responsibilities:
- Assisting Senior Corporate Bankers to develop and deepen the relationships and the coverage for a portfolio of Nordic headquartered corporate clients
- Leverage the bank’s international network of bankers and product partners to efficiently lead the client relationships from a global perspective and address our clients’ needs.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials to help generate new revenue, including from conducting industry and company research and helping with credit analysis
- The full set of corporate banking products includes cash management, trade, DCM, lending products, markets products, securities services and asset management products
- The role of the corporate banker also includes on-boarding clients, presenting the respective business and credit cases to internal partners and committees, preparing internal memos, committee memoranda, relationship reviews, account plans, client portfolios, pipeline reporting.
- The corporate banker is the first line of defence for continuous credit quality monitoring
