Description:
DESCRIPTION
The Global Creative Coordinator is a critical member of the marketing team and will be responsible for managing creative projects that drive brand expression across all channels, overseeing all aspects of the project, delivering project objectives and deliverables on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is critical to the functioning of the creative team, as well as serving as the primary liaison to the cross-functional internal and external partners.
Own projects to ensure milestones are delivered on time, keeping internal teams organized and on track and executing projects to their full potential. Establish and maintain strong project governance through each phase of the project.
- Manage cross-functional calendars and communicate out updates on a seasonal basis
- Traffic a high level of digital assets to all internal and external partners seasonally.
- Partner with Art Director to maintain global campaign calendar and creative schedules for the team
- Manage creative flow for graphics team, oversee weekly project tracker, delegate and manage assignments for each team member
- Meticulously manage departmental budget and meet with finance on a weekly basis to ensure fiscal responsibility
- Peer leadership and collaboration among cross functional partners (ecommerce, creative, retail operations, legal, international, etc)
- Effectively communicate and ensure team members are informed and accountable for executing various project tasks
- Conduct department wide analysis and make recommendations for process improvement as needed
- Communicate project status and milestones with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
- Assist Art Director with photo shoot production, planning and budgeting
- Assist with light post-production activities such as re-sizing of assets
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience in production, project trafficking, photoshoot production, vendor management, brand marketing
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and accuracy, a natural at process improvement and adherence.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convince & influence
- High level of passion, initiative, and assertiveness
- Helps others succeed – a true team player
- Strong project and financial management skills
- Passion for the fashion industry
- Comfortable managing through ambiguity
