Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Manager or Sr. Manager, Customer Centricity will be part of the JAPAC regional Commercial Excellence team and will be reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Multichannel Strategy and capability build for the JAPAC region

  • Lead a cross-functional Multichannel effort to drive Amgen’s overall multichannel transformation
  • Support Marketing Leaders and Senior Management to drive large-scale strategic commercial initiatives across the region and refine Amgen’s JAPAC multichannel and digital engagement in close collaboration with country and regional brand teams
  • Shape and implement appropriate multichannel Operating model – placing roles and responsibilities across the multichannel “value chain” at the optimal location in the organization. Integrate traditional commercial activities (traditional marketing, face to face engagement) with multichannel in planning, execution, tracking (e.g. CRM)
  • Design and implement appropriate planning, execution, governance processes to ensure high quality multichannel planning and execution is included in business processes across JAPAC
  • Partner with Affiliate Business Unit, Marketing Director and cross functional partners to deliver actionable and ambitious brand plans from strategy through execution and measurement plan
  • Partner with Businesses to drive a digital mindset, data literacy and a culture of customer excellence across Marketing, Sales team and Senior Management
  • Install and manage platforms and vendors (CRM, SFMC and other digital platforms)
  • Manage a Marketing Operations offshore team to achieve efficient and high-quality content production and digital asset management
  • Foster an environment of proactive compliance with international consent and data privacy regulations
