The Turku Site, with over 500 employees, represents one of Revvity’s major manufacturing and product development sites for newborn, maternal fetal health, and prenatal screening. We are looking for a Global Customer Support Scientist to support our Team in Turku for 6 months contract.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master in Biochemistry or Biology.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with immunoassays.
  • Experience in customer relationships.
  • Customer focused problem solver mindset, strong project and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English, other European language skills are considered as an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 20-30 %.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer or field personnel enquiries (SFDC) regarding the RH (Reproductive Health) Core products (such as immunoassays and Gel Electrophoresis-IEF) or their use (Level 3 support).
  • Product and application training of customers, FAS, sales, distributors and service personnel.
  • Pre-sales activities supporting by a mutual beneficial interaction with the sales organization, driving the growth (demo, tender support, marketing collaterals, etc.).
  • Site visits for higher level troubleshooting, training, act as FAS where they are not present.
  • Participating in New Product Development projects by bringing the Voice of Customer in the projects and by conducting evaluations for new products as agreed in the project plans.
  • Support launch of NPI’s.
  • Maintaining Customer Support Laboratories and Instruments.
  • Taking part of Annual Post Marketing Surveillance (All kit products, software, and instruments).
  • Participate in expert roles in-house e.g., quality, R&D, manufacturing, requests as needed.
