Responsibilities:
Duties include:
- Provide oversight of Global engagements, ensuring Global standards and requirements are being followed by all stakeholders, throughout program lifecycle to provide on-time, on-budget, quality projects that meet customer expectations.
- Be the liaison between the customer, AVI-SPL, in-country teams, and partners; to escalate, coordinate, and resolve integration, operation or service performance issues, prioritising customer service.
- Monitor compliance of defined standards for communications, design, project management, delivery, quality assurance, training, managed services, billing and reporting, across countries, and regional business units.
- Partner with GSAP team to identify and implement best practices in global operations. Support and lead the standardisation of best practices across countries and regional business units.
- Identify and recommend changes to improve efficiency, profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Global Operations, Regional business units, global partners and Accounting to support the billing process and requirements of all stakeholders, as necessary
