DIGITAL MARKETER WITH STRONG ANALYTICS SKILLS AND BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING
To succeed in this role, you will need a blend of exceptional analytical abilities and a comprehensive understanding of diverse digital marketing disciplines. You have hands-on experience in key areas such as paid marketing (e.g., social media, Google), email marketing, lead management, website development, marketing automation, and CRM integration, particularly with Salesforce™. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics and LookerStudio is an advantage.
As a professional, you excel in managing all phases of a project while maintaining a strategic, global perspective. Your highly analytical mindset enables you to make data-driven decisions and set clear KPIs to track and optimize performance. You bring positive energy, a structured approach, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude, always ready to take ownership and responsibility.
Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you thrive in team-oriented, dynamic environments. You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in digital marketing. Experience working in a global headquarter role is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Extracting relevant data and insights from various systems and dashboards, leveraging your strong analytical skills to generate reports and guide key decisions
- Collaborating with the Director and the team to define digital marketing strategies and annual plans
- Supporting the establishment of clear goals and KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Overseeing and managing the digital marketing budget, while providing guidance to local marketing teams on digital spend and priorities
- Acting as a player-coach for the global digital marketing team, offering continuous guidance to ensure efforts are aligned with strategy and meet agreed-upon KPIs in the most effective way
- Collaborating across departments (e.g., BI, IT, ComEx) to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with broader business priorities
- Being responsible for Digital Marketing platforms and optimal integration of systems
- Taking ownership of Digital Marketing platforms and ensuring optimal system integratio
