YoungOnes operates a two-sided marketplace enabling businesses to connect with freelancers for short-term and often last-minute gigs. Over the past year, more than 40,000 freelancers found gigs through our platform, contributing to over 5.5 million hours of work. With a highly profitable business in the Netherlands (>10M EUR annual profits) and rapidly growing operations in the UK and France, we’re looking for a skilled performance marketer with several years of B2B and B2C experience. We are looking for a marketing team member with a strong expertise in CRM integrations like HubSpot and Braze, as well as a deep understanding of attribution and marketing automations to help us reach our ambitious goals.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s or master’s level of thinking and working (HBO/WO equivalent)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, ideally in a marketplace or e-commerce environment.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and craft innovative add performance solutions.
  • Basic knowledge Figma and Adobe for collaborating on ad creatives when needed.
  • Strong experience in A/B testing and CRO strategies in ad campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • A data-driven approach, with a strong understanding of analytics tools and technical tracking (e.g., GTM, pixels).
  • A proactive communicator who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize global performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta to drive B2C Leads and B2B MQL generation.
  • Collaborate with the Web Customer Experience Specialist to ensure SEO and SEA strategies are executed flawlessly. And to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.
  • Set up and manage tracking (e.g., GTM, pixels) to measure and analyze campaign performance accurately.
  • Regularly analyze global campaign data, generate insights, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Customize campaigns for different regions in collaboration with local campaign managers (FR/UK) to ensure relevance and cultural fit.
  • Proactively propose new channels, tools, and strategies to maximize the effectiveness of performance marketing efforts.
