Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, hire, train, and coach both new and existing team members, ensuring a high level of performance and growth.
  • Strategic Partner Engagement: Cultivate, manage, and enhance relationships with global and regional partners at the VP and C-Level, ensuring alignment with Uberall’s strategic objectives.
  • Process Optimization and Best Practices: Establish and refine processes, create best practices, and develop scalable models for global GTM initiatives to drive consistent success.
  • GTM Leadership: Actively participate in and drive your team’s joint GTM activities, ensuring the alignment of pipeline and revenue goals with the Global Direct Sales motion.
  • Senior Stakeholder & Escalation Point: Serve as the senior stakeholder in both internal and customer-facing engagements, providing a clear escalation path for critical issues.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Sales Leadership to ensure seamless integration of partner strategies into broader sales goals.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Provide hands-on coaching and professional development for Partner Managers and the broader sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • Sales Development & Forecasting: Conduct weekly forecasts, manage sales development goals, and ensure the team meets or exceeds metrics and quota targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate proactively with Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, HR, and Customer Success teams to ensure comprehensive and successful partner engagements.
