Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for driving results in the advancement of our aligner products through optimization of our digital workflow processes and treatment success partner teams to provide best-in-class products with a frictionless customer experience. This role will be responsible for the oversight of accelerating the optimization of our process to enhance our customer experience, meet market needs, and drive alignment throughout all global ClearCorrect treatment planning facilities.

Essential functions and duties

  • Lead multiple digital treatment planning facilities
  • Drive consistency and alignment of current treatment workflow processes and established standard operating procedures, protocols, and preferences that align with our clinical, quality and regulatory requirements
  • Optimize the digital treatment setups process across all facilities, in collaboration with process engineering, to drive a frictionless, timeless and high user experience
  • Develop a roadmap that will continuously assess and optimize processes, procedures, and outcomes to meet current market needs and align to our strategic objectives
  • Partner with the Head of Quality to inspect outcomes of proposed changes to treatment setups
  • Partner with the Training and Education Manager to deploy treatment protocols
  • Ensure adherence of the training curriculum, by training and education team, to all treatment set up technicians to guarantee standardization of our set ups sent to doctors across all centers in the globe
  • Close alignment, collaboration, and partnership with all functional departments within the organization, including, but not limited to Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, Technology, Operations, Provider Services, and more
  • Focus on progressive improvement of KPIs by setting incremental, achievable targets that allow for continuous improvement and adaptation, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term success
