Description:
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years experience working in marketing & communications
- Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Communications or related field.
- Cross-functional campaign management – working with teams across paid, owned and earned
- Multi-platform: Experience working across a range of social media channels with competency in digital marketing and social media
- Strong presentation and executional skills
- Confident, collaborative, and communicative with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Global experience preferred, with a focus on North America, UK, and Europe
- Experience of managing PR agencies
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Are you ready to make a global impact? This maternity cover role allows the opportunity to join our award-winning Global team, making an impact in markets including the U.S, U.K, Australia, France, Spain, the GCC, and more. Responsible for the Earned Media Strategy across our key markets, informed by brand strategy and business objectives, this is a key role to support landing our biggest campaigns and platforms. Earned Media including PR, social media, influencers and relevant campaigns, sits within the overall brand and media plans, with an aim to build brand awareness and relevance to our consumers. This role sits on a diverse and specialised Global Media Team, enabled by hybrid and flexible working, responsible for paid, earned and owned media (including healthcare professionals communications), with close collaboration across the mix.
KEY DUTIES
- Lead the Earned Media Strategy at a Global level, with a view to raise awareness for our target usage occasions and audiences
- Earned media to deliver against the key Brand Jobs to be Done, using brand platforms and seasonal moments to activate and reach as many possible consumers as possible, in an engaging and relevant way
- Work with the Global teams to deliver NPD in new categories and to new audiences, using audience insights to inform a best to market earned strategy and plan for our portfolio expansion
- Support local market leads (regional teams) by developing ideas, creatives and toolkits that can be localised and adapted in our key markets. Share insights and best practices for influencer and event activity across markets & regions
- Develop and implement WaterWipes’ global influencer strategy across all product categories, tailoring it for both HCP and consumer audiences.
- Work with our Global PR agency partners to build best in class campaigns, driving for results with a value mindset
- Lead agency brief from creative through to performance of organic and paid social media content. Working closely with brand team, assess, approve, and suggest content and placements
- Work closely with key media partners including Meta, ensuring best practice across social, and continuous improvement in performance
- Work closely with WaterWipes’ internal creative and owned media teams and agency partners to ensure that content is leveraged to elevate and grow WaterWipes’ owned channels
- Analyse and assess global campaign performance to provide valuable insights and opportunities
- Support global budget management, contract negotiations, agent relationships, briefs and integration into media, PR, content, and marketing programmes
