• Directing responsibility for delivering profitable growth for Automotive Aftermarket eCommerce accounts and support profitable expansion of eCommerce accounts in rest of world, in collaboration with regional commercial teams.
• Supporting the Global Product Line Management function.
• Working closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, Distribution, Operations, Global Digital COE and Customer Service to ensure alignment of strategies for the best possible customer experience.
• Generating and implementing new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability in alignment with KPI’s.
• Working closely with Product Managers to manage products in the context of the eCommerce channel(s).
• Staying current with digital trends, new technology solutions and competitive strategies, and translating into new eCommerce ideas.
