The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Global eCommerce Channel Segment Specialist for our Electrical Markets Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading various eCommerce marketing activities for key accounts in the electrical markets distribution channel.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor SEO strategies to ensure product content ranks competitively on search engines.
  • Defining and coordinating execution of market/customer analysis within eCommerce space and reporting on findings to guide business decisions
  • Implementing marketing tactics around product, channel, and promotions, and executing efforts identified on the marketing plan. Working with key accounts globally to maximize connectedness of marketing programs and content.
  • Leading projects as well as initiatives to ensure the overall growth for eCommerce.
  • Influencing and leading global marketing activation teams to upskill and enhance their eCommerce capabilities and programs.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing or eCommerce role, preferably in a product-focused environment.
  • Proven experience in SEO, content management, UI design, and graphic design.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • French or German language skills both written and verbal

  • Based in the EMEA region with global responsibilities.
  • Work your way eligible with either Hybrid/Remote/Home based/Office based - all fully supported
  • May include up to 15% domestic/international travel
