THE REQUIREMENTS

  • 0-2 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English. Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Planning and time management skills. Well organized and high attention-to-detail with ability to prioritize conflicting work schedules.
  • Multicultural sensitivity and awareness.
  • Proactivity and self-direction.
  • Teamwork and international collaboration, including working remotely with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with employee benefits consulting, administration or insurance market is a plus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze situations and provide recommendations in order to resolve problems.

Responsibilities:

This role will entail the delivery of consulting services to the headquarters of global companies and the coordination of local services relating to employee’s insured health and risk benefits.

  • Provide data analytics, draft reports and presentations, update project trackers and work with local country consultants and brokers to obtain status updates.
  • Prepare and be part of regular calls with clients and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Manage clients’ benefits database to ensure accurate and timely updates.
  • Support the implementation and use of WTW’s global benefits governance and oversight technology platforms to help clients obtain value from their data.
  • Coordinate and manage multi-country projects such as: global benefits benchmarking, inclusive benefits, wellbeing, cost savings initiatives and governance processes.
