We’re looking for an innovative, strategic thinker who can drive global awareness, strengthen our presence in key markets, and position IHG as an employer of choice in the hospitality industry.
About the Role: As the Global Brand & Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll be the guardian of our EVP, bringing to life our core message, “Room for You,” through the foundational pillars of Belong, Grow, and Make a Difference. Your work will drive IHG’s brand presence, engage talent across the globe, and lead our digital marketing strategies with impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion our EVP: Be the brand ambassador of our core message, “Room for You,” and activate our pillars—Belong, Grow, and Make a Difference.
  • Global to Local Strategy: Tailor brand initiatives to regional markets, focusing on emerging areas like China, India, and the Philippines.
  • Digital & Social Expertise: Lead our recruitment marketing across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, using data-driven insights to optimize results.
  • Partner & Collaborate: Work with internal teams and external partners to align, amplify, and enhance IHG’s brand presence.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Deliver insights on performance to drive our strategies forward.
